Refund and exchange?

Any product may be returned within 8 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please whatsapp us your query at 0300-0111690 or email us at contact@zouqesaeed.pk along with your order slip, and you’ll receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back and the replacement process.
